Kirk is an amazing agent! We have moved too many times to count using a variety of agents in different areas, and I can honestly say Kirk was one of our top favorites to work with. He was always efficient and responsive - able to provide support, like helping us find a excellent contractor to help with updates and repairs, guiding us through tricky issues unique to our situation and just being generally supportive through a stressful process. I met Kirk when we bought his home several years back. Since then, he and I have collaborated on SEVERAL deals, including him helping my 87 year old mother sell and downsize her home with a new purchase. Most recently we have sold and purchased a home near TCU. In every transaction, Kirk is responsive, scrupulously honest, not afraid to tell me when I was being unreasonable, but most importantly ALWAYS willing to listen during what is always a stressful time in our lives. PLUS he knows the FTW real estate market as good as anyone possibly can. Cannot recommend enough!

Very professional! We had already listed our house previously and we’re not able to sell the house. We met Kirk and after interviewing several other realtors. From the very beginning, he was well prepared, organized and ready for business no games. He set an expectation to us of what the house would sell for and in less than 10 days after listing the house on the market, the house was sold with an out of state cash buyer. His marketing skills are very sharp and aligned with the current market. I would highly recommend Kirk. Tom and Neringa.

I’m not wasting my time on hundreds of properties. She really Dials it in She also has the vision with her clients that makes the most of their asset! Except we live in Boston and I was going to be in Texas for a day. Purchasing a home is a complex process under normal circumstances. Kirk navigated us through even some unexpected twists and turns to complete everything within the deadlines we were working under. Kind, professional, patient, proactive - we couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our Realtor, Drew O'Connell, was excellent!
