Ashely Melotakis

Born and raised in Dallas/Fort Worth, Ashley is familiar with and knowledgeable about the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She grew up in Colleyville, where she graduated from Grapevine High School, and then went to live in Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University (GO FROGS!). She loves Dallas-Fort Worth as there is so much to do and see, and you’re only a short drive from wide-open spaces ideal for lake, farm, and ranch properties. Ashley has a strong passion for helping others and loves what she does. Whether being able to help clients find their dream home, sell a home that created countless memories, or find an amazing lot to build from the ground up, Ashley realizes what an important time it is in her clients’ lives and is grateful to be there every step of the way. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure that everything in the transaction goes seamlessly so clients have as little to worry about as possible. Her work ethic and drive give her the skills necessary to get the deal done and represent her clients as they should be represented. Real estate has been in Ashley’s blood for some time as she and her husband renovated and sold properties. This experience showed Ashley the importance of having a Realtor who can find the best available properties for purchase and how to stage and market a home to maximize the sale price and handle transactions promptly and thoughtfully. She loves Interior Design and staging and feels that this can help tremendously when trying to get the highest dollar when selling or to help envision what you could do in a new home. Ashley even caught the eye of HGTV and has discussed having her home renovation show on their network. Graduating from TCU with a degree in Communication Studies and Business, coupled with the experience and stress of buying, renovating, and selling her properties and over ten years of marketing experience, Ashley is a valuable resource when buying or selling your home. As each client's needs are unique, Ashley takes the time to listen to what you are looking for and then creates a plan specifically for you. She is equipped to properly represent her clients and their interests and get across what matters to them in a kind, respectful manner. Most of all, Ashley cares about meeting her client's needs and expectations. Outside of helping clients, Ashley lives on 10 acres with her husband, two children, a golden retriever, and many farm animals. She loves working out, renovating and designing their farmhouse, trying out new coffee shops, and spending time with her family in her downtime.
